How do our smart tags work?
Every Pet Tag includes a distinct QR code and an NFC chip that connects to your pet's profile.
When the Pet Tag is scanned, a Pet Profile will be shown containing all of the necessary information to get your pet returned safely to you. You can create your Pet's Profile after receiving and activating your Pet Tag.
Once you place an order, we will email you with instructions on how to setup your CloudBuddies smart tag.
